The team behind FlowsXR

Builders shipping on Android XR at the intersection of XR, physiological sensing, and adaptive interaction.

Vision

Prasanth Sasikumar

Founder

Prasanth started FlowsXR after years spent studying how people actually feel inside mixed reality, from motion sickness to collaboration to how our bodies give away stress before we notice it ourselves. That work took him through CHI, IEEE VR, and ISMAR, a stint with Meta's Reality Labs, and a research fellowship at the National University of Singapore, before he set out to turn the research into something people could use every day.

Hannah Qiao

COO & Co-Founder

Hannah co-founded FlowsXR and leads the design side of the company, the part that decides how all this technology actually feels to use. She's also a co-founder of Juna Design. Across both, her background in design and psychology keeps her asking the same question: how do you build something that responds to a person instead of just reacting to their input.

Foundation

Mark Billinghurst

Advisor

Mark has been working in augmented reality since long before it had a name most people recognized. He co-founded ARToolKit, the software a whole generation of AR developers cut their teeth on, and now directs the Empathic Computing Lab. He advises FlowsXR, and a lot of what we get right, we get right because he's seen it fail before elsewhere.

Vision & Philosophy

Technology that understands you

We think the next era of computing won't just show us information, it'll notice how we're doing and adapt to it. That's what FlowsXR builds: Android XR apps, shipping on Google Play, that turn physiological signals into a real-time, human-aware response.

Published at CHI, IEEE VR, and ISMAR, our research stays close to one question: does this actually help. From easing motion sickness to reading the room in remote collaboration, we'd rather the technology listen first.
