Prasanth Sasikumar

Founder

Founder of FlowsXR and Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore, Prasanth works at the intersection of XR, physiological sensing, and adaptive interfaces. His research focuses on building systems that understand human state and dynamically adapt perception in real time.

His work spans motion sickness mitigation, remote collaboration, accessibility, and multimodal interaction, with publications at CHI, IEEE VR, and ISMAR. He has collaborated with Meta Reality Labs and led large-scale studies on physiological responses in immersive environments.

At FlowsXR, he is building the next generation of perception-aware systems that bridge research and real-world applications across wearable devices, smart glasses, and immersive platforms.

Hannah Qiao

COO & Co-Founder

Hannah Qiao is a designer and co-founder of FlowsXR, focusing on human-centered experiences at the intersection of design, psychology, and emerging technologies. Her work explores how interfaces can be more intuitive, expressive, and emotionally aware.

She brings a strong focus on clarity, usability, and delight, shaping how complex systems translate into meaningful everyday interactions. Her approach emphasizes accessibility, learning, and creative engagement.

At FlowsXR, she leads the design of adaptive interfaces, ensuring that technology responds naturally to users and enhances, rather than interrupts, human experience.

Vision & Philosophy

Technology that understands you

We believe the next era of computing won't just display information. It will sense, understand, and adapt to the humans using it. FlowsXR is building systems that bridge the gap between raw physiological signals and meaningful, real-time responses in immersive environments.

Our approach is grounded in rigorous research and shaped by a deep respect for human experience. Every system we build starts with a question: how can technology become more aware, more responsive, and ultimately more humane?

From mitigating motion sickness to enabling emotionally aware collaboration, we design for the moments where technology and human perception meet, and we make sure the technology listens first.
