1. SUMMARY

StreetSync is a mixed reality car simulator developed for the Meta Quest
platform. We prioritize your privacy and are committed to complying with all
applicable privacy regulations, including the European Union's General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR).

StreetSync does not collect, transmit, or process any personal data. The app is
fully offline and does not require or request an internet connection for any of
its features. No personal information, usage statistics, or analytics are
gathered at any point.


2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

None. StreetSync does not collect your name, email address, Meta account
details, voice, hand or eye tracking data, room or environment scans, location,
device identifiers, or any other personal information. We do not use
advertising identifiers, and we do not build user profiles.


3. DATA STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE

StreetSync stores a small amount of non-personal preference data on your device
using Unity's PlayerPrefs system - specifically your selected car colour and car
size. This data is not linked to your identity, is never transmitted or shared,
and exists solely to preserve your settings between sessions.

This information remains on your headset and is removed when you uninstall the
app.


4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal
information for us to use, analyse, or act upon. The locally stored preferences
described in section 3 are used for one purpose only: restoring your chosen car
colour and size the next time you open the app.


5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, trade, rent, share, or monetise user information, because none
is collected. StreetSync does not integrate third-party services, advertising
networks, or analytics SDKs that collect or process data. No information is
transmitted over the internet by the app.


6. YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Because StreetSync holds no personal data on any server, there is no account to
close and no stored personal data for us to delete on your behalf.

You can erase the locally stored preferences described in section 3 at any time
by uninstalling StreetSync from your Meta Quest headset, which removes that data
from the device.

If you wish to exercise any data protection right - including a request for
access, correction, or deletion - or if you want written confirmation that no
data relating to you is held, contact us at hello@flowsxr.com. We respond to all
such requests within 30 days.


7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY

We ensure that:
- StreetSync is a fully offline app.
- No personal information or usage analytics are collected, stored, or
  transmitted.
- The app only stores minimal, non-personal preferences (such as car colour and
  size) locally on your device to improve your experience.
- No data is shared with third parties.
- The app does not use third-party services or transmit any information over the
  internet.


8. GOVERNING LAW

This privacy policy is governed by the laws applicable in your country of
residence. Any disputes will be handled under the relevant legal jurisdiction.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or in legal
requirements. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last
updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes
acceptance of the updated policy.
